Accepted file types You can upload and attach any of the following files with these file extensions:

.ai, .aiff, .avi, .bmp, .css, .divx, .doc, .docx, .eps, .gif, .gsd, .htm, .html, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .midi, .mp3, .mpeg, .mpg, .pdf, .png, .pps, .ppt, .ps, .psd, .rar, .swf, .tar, .txt, .wav, .wmv, .xls, .zip

How to upload files Follow the directions below to upload files.

1. There are two places you can upload files from:
   • The Files tab on top of every page:
     
   • When you are creating an entry:
     
     
     
2. Clicking those links will take you to the manage files page where you may create folders and upload files:
   • Create a folder:
     
   • Upload a file:
     
3. Once your upload is complete, you may now insert it into an entry.

How to insert files into your entries

1. Click the insert file button, and then click "Insert" and the file you chose will be added to your entry.
   • Inserting a picture will display it on the page:
     
   • Inserting a document or other file type will add a link:
     
     
     
2. The images you add to your entries will be directly viewable, and the other files you add will be downloadable as attachments.

10MB File Size Limit

1. There is a 10MB file size upload limit. Larger files can be uploaded as zip files which reduces the file size.
2. You can also use a program called GSplit. This program splits up larger files into smaller pieces so you can upload them. For example, a 32MB file can be split up into 4 8MB files which you can then upload to our server.
