Verification of Your Recipients

When you forward login information to them, your Recipients should login to their Recipient Management Page and click the "Verify Account" link. When a Recipient verifies, their verification status will display as "Yes" on the View/Edit Plan Recipients page. If a Recipient has not verified, you can click the "Notify" button and it will send them a reminder requesting that they do so.

When one of your Recipients logs in to their Recipient Management Center, they will see this on their page:

By clicking the "Verify Account" button, they will update their "Verified?" status on your View/Edit Plan Recipients page to "Yes." For example, in the following image, brucemartin, edwardsmith and DemoRecip have not verified, while amysmith and MyAttorney have:
