The Messages can be opened by both the Account Holder and the Recipient at the same time. When you see the This Message is in use by: when you View/Edit the messages, it means the message is open on another computer and may be in use. You can contact the other person or try back later to see if they have finished.

If you proceed, you may end up over-writing the information they just wrote.
